It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Sebastian of Warsaw, Kentucky, born in Jackson, Kentucky, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McIntosh and Alpha Combs McIntosh; her husband Johnny Sebastian; her children, John Timothy Sebastian and Elisa Carlene Sebastian; her great grandchild Jacob Ammerman; and her siblings, Virgil McIntosh, Daily McIntosh, Ben McIntosh, Mitchell McIntosh, Walter McIntosh, Jr. and Carmie Stewart.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Davis (Bobby) of Union, KY, Kathy Hardman (Timothy) of Walton, KY and Brenda Pike (Thomas) of Demossville; her sister Pearl Curtis of Warsaw, KY.; and her grandchildren, Michael, Robert, Christi, Kim, Becky, Billy Joe, Angela of Rachel, J. T., Tommy and Casey.
