He is survived by: his wife Georgia Ann Mumphrey Green; his children, Angela "Nikki" Green of Louisville and Howard Humes, Jr. of Hanover, IN; his siblings, Emmy Green of Carrollton, Clifford Green of Warsaw and Lee Green of Warsaw; and his grandchildren, Dalen Connley Payton, Brittany Gray and Quinten Humes.
