She was predeceased by: her father James Ayres; and her sister Debbie Riddle. She is survived by: her mother Rose Howell Ayres; her husband Richard E. Andrew; her sons, Chip Boots (Miranda), Nick Boots (Tracey), Lee Meredith and LaGrange; her stepchildren, Blair Andrew (Alexandria) and Tyler Andrew; and her nephews, Adam Riddle, Jake Riddle and Joey Riddle. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Warsaw Methodist Church (204 E Main St, Warsaw, KY 41095). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
