Anita Gwen Middleton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita Gwen Middleton of Warsaw, Kentucky, who passed away on January 5, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion "Dutch" Elliott and Mary Bertha Clemons Elliott; her former husband Alvin Middleton; her husband Elmo Schlueter; her sons, Jeff Middleton and Garry Middleton; her granddaughter Brandy Middleton; and her great grandchild Wade Middleton.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Smith (Joe); her siblings, Carol Wallace (Florence) and Terry Elliott; and her daughters-in-law, Ruth Middleton and Valerie Middleton. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Garnett-New Funeral Home (108 E Main St, Warsaw, KY 41095). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Donations are suggested to the Piner Baptist Church.
