It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam Ronald Jacobus of Warsaw, Kentucky, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ronald "Ron" Jacobus. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Adams Jacobus; his wife Jennifer Lynne Boothe Jacobus of Warsaw; his children, Logan Adam Jacobus, Destiny Danielle Lepper of Warsaw and Makhia Lynne Jacobus of Warsaw; his brother Cory Thomas Jacobus of Sparta; his uncle Melvin R. Adams; and his grandchildren, Layne Samuel Franks, Pyper Souder and Delaynee Dawn Elaine Jacobus.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Garnett-New Funeral Home on behalf of the family.
