She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Horn and Verla Fannin Horn; her son Billy Jack Hammond; her grandson James Ray Gantt; and her siblings, James Allen Horn, Steve Horn and Frances Hinkle.
She is survived by: the father of her children Billy Ray Hammond of Louisa, KY; her sons, Elmer Ray Hammond of Louisa, KY and Robert David Hammond (Bobby) of Fallsburg, KY; and her sister Brenda Blackburn of Inez. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
