He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Floyd and Carrie Sturgill Floyd; and his daughter Judy Floyd Kozee. He is survived by: his wife Birdie Carroll Floyd; his children, Theodore "Ted" Floyd (Sally) of Delbarton, WV, Larry Floyd (Crystal) of Florida, Wilford Carroll (Mary) of Front Road, Joan Prince (late Archie) of Prichard, WV and Mary Lynn Shisler (Mark) of Newark, OH; and his sister Janice Canterbury of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
