She was predeceased by: her father Arlie Bowen; her sons, Michael McNeely and Hubert McNeely; and her sister Loretta Bowen. She is survived by: her mother Audrey Chaffins Ayers; her husband Hubert McNeely of Kermit, WV; her son Zachary McNeely of Ashland, KY; her grandchild Maryanna McNeely of Ashland, KY; and her siblings, Arlie Bowen Jr. of Lovely, KY, Shone Bowen (Caroline) of Kermit, WV, Lonnie Bowen of Ohio and Vernia Stevens of Florida.
