He was predeceased by: his siblings, June Briggs Muncy and Kenneth Terry Briggs; and his niece Sabrina Elizabeth Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Kirk Briggs; his son Nicholas Charles Kirk; and his grandsons, Bradley and Braedon Briggs. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
