Sarah Marcum Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Marcum (Warfield, Kentucky), who passed away on April 9, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sol James and Elsie James; her husband Ermel Marcum; and her siblings, Kenneth, John James, Mary Strugell and Beulah Stepp.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Marcum (Grethel) of Marrowbone, WV, Kenneth Marcum of Warfield, KY, Sheila Sartin (Roger) of Stepptown, WV and Rose Mary Sartin of Warfield, KY; and her grandchildren, Chrystal, Jason, Sarah, Danielle, Sol, Sam and Seth. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be conducted in accordance with the rules set forth by Governor Andy Beshear, CDC, and Kentucky Funeral Directors Association in reference to the COVID-19 Virus.
