She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Patrick and Minnie Ward Patrick; her husband Paul David Moore; her son Paul David Moore Jr.; and her siblings, Richard Patrick, Haskel Patrick, Leroy Patrick, Linville Patrick, Oakie Patrick, Launa Crum and Lovely Stepp.
She is survived by: her children, James C. Taylor of Pilgrim, KY, Sherry Fletcher (Bobby) of Lawrence County, KY, Amanda Endicott (Jimmy) of Pilgrim, KY and Jessica Harmon (Elvis) of Pilgrim, KY; and her siblings, Frank Patrick of Ohio and Eloise McCoy (Milton) of Lawrence County, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
