He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fitzgerald and Nancy Scott Fitzgerald; and his sisters, Porsha Murphy and Barb Lowe. He is survived by: his daughters, Cassandra Whitt of Crum, WV and Alisha Layne of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Bradley Butcher, Andy Leevi Whitt, Brooklynn Whitt and James Lane; and his siblings, Rick Fitzgerald of Fallsburg, KY, Fred Kelly Fitzgerald of Ulysses, KY and Tammy Jackson of Louisa, KY..
