He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathias Simpkins and Mildred Rose Simpkins. He is survived by: his wife Terrie Lee Simpkins; his children, Christopher Michael Simpkins (Breanna) of Inez and Crissy Lee Robinson (Jacob) of Beauty; his grandchildren, Lincoln Simpkins, Montgomery Parsons, Hannah Robinson, Haley Robinson, Sophie Robinson and Mia Moore of Inez; and his brothers, Mathias Junior, James and Matthew Simpkins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mullins Family Funeral Home (106 Riverfront Road, Warfield, KY 41267).
