She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Webb and Lois Elkins Webb; her husband Ricky Dean Mullins; and her brothers, Daniel Kent and Stephen Dale Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Marina Runyon (Jason) of Sidney, KY and Richard Mullins (Melissa) of Hardy, KY; her grandchildren, Daniel, Makayla, Rebecca Mullins, Elijah and Jonah Runyon; her sisters, Connie Thacker (Larry), Saundra Webb and Tammy Estepp (Ronnie); and her close friend Max.
