She is survived by: her siblings, Opal Defoe Estepp, Annie Chambers, Tammy Johnson, Jimmy Davis and Jerry Defoe; and her children, Willie (Georgia Fields), Rose (Robert Spurlock), Kathy (David Spurlock), John (Loretta Fields), Charlotte (Eugene Spurlock), Norma Fields (Jesse Messer) and Effie Fields of Stepptown, WV. She is also survived by many grandkids, great grandkids, and many nephews, nieces, and cousins and her pets.
