He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Jude and Ollie Maynard Jude; his great grandchild Jeremy Jude Jr.; and his siblings, Bill, David, Elijah, Thomas Jefferson, George, Floyd, Joseph, Harrison Jr., Charlie, Louise, Eilleen Easter and Virgie.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Vivian Maynard Jude; his children, Lacy Albert Jr. Jude (Maria) of Rockhouse, KY, Amanda Ellen Jude of Prestonsburg, KY and Melissa Ann Jude of Belfry, KY; and his sister Vicki Jean Luther of Pilgrim, KY. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
