He is survived by: his wife Dimple Brewer; his daughter Denise; his son-in-law Larry Howell of Lovely, KY; his grandsons, Chad Howell of Van Lear, KY and Ryan Howell of Prestonsburg, KY; his great grandchildren, Lyric and Wyatt Howell; and his sister Betty Booth of Nicholsville, KY. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
