With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie Ratcliff (Warfield, Kentucky), who passed away on September 18, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ratcliff and Florence Copley Ratcliff; her husband Birdie Muncy; her nieces and nephews, Eva Mae Ratcliff, Lisa Ratcliff, Kim Copley, Elmer and David Ratcliff; her siblings, Minnie Ratcliff, Dicie Bowen, Cordie Copley, James, Lewis and Fred Jr.; her granddaughter Amber Pack; and her stepson Darrell Muncy.
She is survived by: her daughter Florence Chapman (William) of Lovely, KY; her grandchildren, Jessie Newsome (Keith) of Marrowbone and Bill Chapman (Kayla) of Lovely; her brothers, Luster Ratcliff (Linda) of Mill Creek, WV and Floyd Ratcliff of Webb, WV; and her niece Charlene Cantrell. She is also survived by 16 step-grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
