He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Endicott and Patricia Hall Endicott; and his grandparents, Sam, Ruth Endicott, Robert and Lucy Jane Hall.
He is survived by: his close friend Shawna Mills of Kermit, WV; his brother Sammy Endicott (Alisha) of Inez, KY; his stepbrother Jonathan Pack of Kermit, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Ciera Endicott, Cree, Kota Endicott, Finley Endicott and Damien Pack. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
