Rooks of Zaleksi, OH.; his siblings, Warren Matthews of Debord, KY and Melanie Shaffer of Warfield, KY; his stepmother Jennifer Matthews; his half-sister Kelsey Matthews; his aunts, Virginia Matthews and Mary Green; his uncle Elvis Matthews; his great-uncle Robert Matthews; and his nieces, Elisa Shaffer, Jasmine Shaffer and Thalia Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with cost.
