She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul Henry Salmons and Mary Jarvis. She is survived by: her parent Larry Alexander Salmons; and her grandparents, William Harmon of Frankfort, KY, Amanda Harmon of Huntington, WV, Lori Chapman Luster (Noah) of Inez, KY and Wendell Salmons (Mindi) of Huntington, WV. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family and friends.
