Hale (Jessica James) of Catlettsburg, KY and Brandon Hale (Lily) of Ashland, KY; her siblings, Allen Jean Pennington, Jr. of Eunice, LA, Harlan Edward Pennington of Fernindina Beach, FL, Barbara Caudill (Linda Hodge) of Fernindina Beach, FL and Ronda Clay; her caregiver Alan Crum; her grandchildren, Jonathan Tibbs, Layla Hale, Cory Crum and Alexander Clay; and her great grandchildren, Cayden Crum, Cashton Crum and Clay Crum.
