With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glen Blevins (Warfield, Kentucky), born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 21, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Blevins Sr. and Lucy Preece Blevins; his children, Glen Blevins III and Sylvia Castor; and his sister Mary Katherine Douglas.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald Blevins of Lenore, WV, John Blevins (Courtney) of Dingess, WV and Richard Fields of Lenore, WV; his close friend Vinia Blevins of Lenore, WV; his grandchildren, Donaven Blevins, Liam Blevins, Owen Blevins, Brittany Castor and Brady Castor; and his sister Lois Jean Blackburn (Claude) of Crum, WV.
