He is survived by: his children, Sean Sammons (Teresa) of Louisa, KY, Jason Sammons of Louisa, KY and Sara Sammons of Ashland, KY; and his siblings, Ewell Sammons (Brenda) of Salyersville, KY, Gregory Sammons (Carol) of Warfield, KY, Harry Sammons (Jane) of Dobson, NC, Sheldon Sammons (Joyce) of Warfield, KY, Tammy Hensley (John) of Warfield, KY, John Sammons of Warfield, KY and Norma Sammons of Inez, KY. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
