She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheridan Wiley and Sarah Maynard Wiley-Kazee; her husband Richard Cottrell; her siblings, Roy Wiley, Conard Kazee and Flornabell; her son Steve Blevins; her grandson David Blevins II; and her great grandchild David Blevins III.
She is survived by: her sisters, Oppie, Betty Lou, Bonnie Sue and Joane; and her sons, Bob Blevins, David Blevins and Robin Blackburn. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
