He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Meade and Fred Sheppard; and his siblings, Orville Sheppard and Mildred Rose. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Scott (Marla) of Kermit, Carolyn of Kermit, Bryan (Amanda) of Kermit and Teresa of Jacksonville; and his brothers, Fred Sheppard and Everett Stewart.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home (106 Riverfront Road, Warfield, KY 41267).
