She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Diana McCoy and Curtis Lee Bowen of Inez, KY.; her brother Michael Dwayne Bowen; and her grandfathers, Buck McCoy and Nebert Bowen.
She is survived by: her husband Billy R. Jude; her children, James "Tyson" Collins, Zachary "Isaiah" Collins and Alissa Dawn Delong; her grandchild Grayson Ray Delong; her siblings, Mason "Tori" Funk of Ohio, Jason "Kathy" Hall of Ohio, Curtis Bowen of Martin County, KY, Tammy "Clayton" Speakman of Wolf Creek, KY, Tiffany "Greg" Preece of Tomahawk, KY, Laura "Timothy" Speakman of Louisa, KY, Nikki Bowen of Wolf Creek, KY and Daniella Fletcher of Tomahawk, KY; and her grandmothers, Charity M. McCoy and Laura Bell Bowen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
