He is survived by: his siblings, Barbra Beckett and Randy Hobbs; his grandson Marion Fenix; his wife Stephanie Hobbs; his children, Carl Edward Hobbs Jr., Lacinda Hobbs Coffey of Lovely, KY, Kassandra Hamilton of Lovely, KY and Victoria Fletcher of Old Fork, WV.; and his siblings, Teddy Blackburn (Shelia) of Huntington, WV, John Jr. Blackburn (Jessica) of Delbarton, WV and Dorothy Daniels of Kermit, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
