It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Canter (Warfield, Kentucky), born in Kermit, West Virginia, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Chafins and Edith Baisden Chafins; her husband Clayton Canter; her brothers, Homer and Charles Chafins; her daughters, Gail Muncy (Floyd) of Crum, WV and Jessica Canter of West Virginia; her grandchildren, Joe Muncy, Makayla Muncy, Alicia Dallas, Daryl Marcum, Katelyn Canter, Shaylee Marcum and Drew Chafins; her great grandchild Kadence Muncy; her siblings, Paul Chafins (Joyce) of Inez, KY, Leroy Chafins of Breeden, WV, Earl Chafins (Bert), Katherine Francis (George) of Jackson, OH, Irene Marcum of Breeden, WV and Geraldine Marcum (Tom) of Breeden, WV; and her nephew Leroy Jr. Chafins. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
