He was predeceased by: his mother Elva J. Wiley Cottrell; his brother Steve Blevins; and his stepfather Richard Cottrell. He is survived by: his father Bob G. Blevins of Columbus, OH; his brother David Blevins; and his cousin Peggy Savage.
