He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Hubert and Bernice Marcum; his parents, Wendell Williams and Nellie "Tina" Williams; his sister Priscilla Williams; his niece Kaylee Phillips; his nephews, Mayson Phillips of Warfield, KY. and Chase Jude (Samantha Casto) of Warfield, KY.; and his grandparents, Rayburn Williams of Cabwaylingo, WV and Betty Gene Mooneyham of Akron, OH. He was also cherished by several aunts and uncles and many cousins and friends.
