He was predeceased by: his parents, Earmel Staton and Minnie Moore. He is survived by: his wife Janette Mullins Staton; his children, A. J. Farra and Sasha St. Clair; and his brothers, Phillip Jude (Loretta) of Pilgrim, KY and Roger Jude (Brenda) of Blaine, KY.
