He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Spohn (Charles) of Little Rock, AR and Allison Thurman of Jackson, MS; his grandchildren, Will Spohn, Olivia Spohn, Rylie Rose Thurman and Ella Thurman; his wife Charlotte Brewer; his stepchildren, John Brooking (Kim), Susan Marshall (Edward) and Anne Roberts (Jon); and his stepgrandsons, Tyler Brooking, David Marshall, Jake Roberts, Andy Roberts and Ben Roberts.
