We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2024, at the age of 83, Preston Art of Walton, Kentucky, born in Paint Lick, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Preston Art to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Art (Preston); his parents, James Art and Ruth Art; his brother Bill; and his sisters-in-law, Beth Art and Bonnie Art.
He is survived by: his sons, James Harper Art (Kathleen) and Brian Preston Art (Yolanda); his brothers, Wayne and Parker Art (Vicki); and his grandchildren, J. Preston Art, Lillian Art, Augustine Art, Francine Art, Ethan Art and Mateo Art. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home - Walton (45 N Main St, Walton, KY 41094). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Bethel Baptist Church (2022 Verona-Mudlick Rd, Verona, KY 41092). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Old Paint Lick Cemetery.
