He is survived by: his parents, Darleen Poe (Tom) and Richard Moore (Rayeann); his brothers, Jared Moore, Thomas Poe Jr. and Travis Poe, Sr.; and his nieces and nephews, Alexandra Poe, Hailey Poe, Thomas Poe III, Emma Poe and Travis Poe Jr..

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Mayo Clinic for colorectal cancer research.
