He is survived by: his children, Gabriel, Evelyn and Sophia; his wife Kimberly Hoffman; his mother Celeste Hoffman; his siblings, Sarah Chisenhall (Chris), Angie Hoffman and Troy Hoffman (Adria); his nephews, Hendrix Chisenhall, Jeremy Chisenhall and Troy Hoffman; his niece Ava Hoffman; his child Gabe; and also, Evelyn, Gabe and Sophia. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
