He is survived by: his wife Joyce Tewes O'Hara; his children, Randy O'Hara (Suzy), Lori O'Hara Hadley (Mark), Rick O'Hara and Rusty O'Hara (Tyra); and his grandchildren, Tanner, Mitchell (Jessica), Evan (Victoria), Brycen (Anna), Aarron, Christy, Katie, Braden, Cameron and Luke.
