He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hensley and Martha [Webster] Hensley; his wife Betty Hensley; his daughter Angel Hensley; and his brother Terry "Butch" Hensley.
He is survived by: his friend James; his significant other Betty Waters; his children, Shane Hensley (Kelley), Heather Goldsberry (Troy), Alex Hensley (Casey) and Reggie Hensley (Desiree); his siblings, Betty Smith, Don Hensley, Gary Hensley, Gayle Smith, Bobbi Riesenbeck and Shelia Hensley; and his grandchildren, Isabelle Middendorf, Colton Goldsberry, Logan Middendorf, Coy Goldsberry, Emily Hensley, Adam Middendorf, Dixie Hensley, Lyla Hensley, Jesse Hensley, Jaxon Hensley and Benny Hensley.
