He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harris Niday; his children, Amber Thomas (Chase) of Williamsburg, KY, Brittany Thomas Noe (Britt), Harlan, Anissa Faye Seals and Willene Slusher-Quillen (Mike) of Kingsport, TN; his sisters, Jewell Whitehead of Hillsboro, OH and Emily Jackson; his grandchildren, Aaron Noe, Olivia Slusher and Ethan Slusher; and his nephews, James Niday of Wallins and Michael Niday of Wallins.
