She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Freeze and Shirley Perkins East; and her siblings, Carlos Freeze, Jr. and Patricia Spires. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Slusher (Philip) of Dayton, OH; her sisters, Hazel Sparrow of Blue Creek, OH and Sheryl Freeze Thorne; her grandchildren, Seth Spinner of Dayton, OH., Wyatt Slusher of Dayton, OH. and Korin Slusher of Dayton, OH.; her niece Amanda Miller; and her nephew Keith Saylor (Kaitlyn). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews; a host of extended relatives, as well as many dear friends.
