He was predeceased by: his father John Goins; and his brothers, Tommy and John Charles Goins. He is survived by: his children, Destini Raleigh (Jake) of Lexington, Timothy and Brayden Goins of Wallins; his stepmother JoAnne Goins; his siblings, Ronnie Goins (Nancy) of Wallins, Theresa Goins Chevell Goins of Wallins and Kathy Berrios (Angel) of Murfreesboro, TN; his aunt Charlene Hatfield (Della Hansel); his cousin Bernice Goins Buchannon (Bill); and his caregivers, Jake and Jessica Graves. He is also survived by cousins nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including special friends.
