He is survived by: his wife Leisha Stephens; his children, Bradley Stephens (Jerrica), Bryan Stephens (Abby), Darrell Stephens (Tara), Tom Stephens, Jr., Shannon and Sherry; his siblings, Peggy Causey (Harold), Luwanna Burkhart (Levi), Michael Stephens, Vincent Stephens (Deborah), Freddie Stephens (Darlene) and Teddy Dean Stephens (Beverly); and his grandchildren, Braylynn, Cameron, Aiden, Paisley, Landon, Cooper, Ashton and Ava.
