He is survived by: his wife Jackie Karen McKnight Osborne; his son Franklin Scott Allen Osborne; and his siblings, Aaron Osborne (Melinda) of Carlisle, OH, Ephraim Osborne of Louisville, KY, Bonnie Prater of Franklin, OH, Jean Swafford Curtis of Carlisle, OH, Sharon Jewell (James) of Miamisburg, OH and Debora Duncan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
