He is survived by: his wife Alice Hall Fields; his son Shywan Fields; his stepchildren, Jamie, Duke, Stephanie, Guy, Alisha and Kerry; and his brothers, Clayton Fields (Arlene), Tommy C. Fields and David R. Fields. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
