He was predeceased by: his parents, John Webster and Malinda Brock Slusher; his wife Geraldine Taylor Slusher; his grandson Matthew Roark; and his siblings, Dennie Gene Slusher, Robert Hampton Lewis, Isaac Slusher, William Slusher and Wilma Leach.
He is survived by: his daughter Charlotte Roark; his grandchildren, Christy Creech (Matthew) and Dennie Roark; and his great grandchildren, Erica Curry and Madison Roark.
