It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice S. Smith of Wallins, Kentucky, who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Saylor and Dorcas Brock Saylor; her husband Joseph P. Smith; and her siblings, Harrison, Donald, Eddie Gene Saylor, Roberta Biddle and Della Mitchell.
She is survived by: her sister Verilla "Bid" Riley of Florence, KY. She is also survived by 17 nieces/nephews, host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
