He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Hensley and Mona Hensley Willis (Mark); his grandchildren, Timbre Slusher Boggs (Zach), Ryan Slusher and Brittney Grilgas; his great grandchild Ellie Rose Boggs; his sisters, Georgetta Hensley Burkhart (Willie) and Salley May Hensley Matheny; his friends, Lorna Hunt, Tiffany Hawkins and Dillon Engle; and his niece Joann Burkhart Osborne.
