He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Burns and Sharon James; his grandchildren, Katherine Burns, Brian Fultz and Kelsey Belcher (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Tristan Kelly, Gabriel Burns and Levi Belcher. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home (122 N Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
