He is survived by: his sons, Brent Noe (Susan) and Brandon Noe (Carrie); his granddaughter Whitney Noe of Wallins; his sisters, Janie Farmer (Gary) of Wallins and Tamara Carter (Jerry) of Somerset; his nieces, Bethany Moore and Cora Carter; his nephew Ryan Farmer; his great-niece Harper Farmer; the mother of his children Joni Lidster Russell; and his brothers, Teddy Calloway, Bill Roger Howard and Benny Meade. He is also survived by 3 special friends.
