She was predeceased by: her parents, George Goins and Ethel Nolan Goins. She is survived by: her husband Bill Buchanan; her children, Kathy Nemec (Mark), Bill Buchanan (Carmen) and Janet Meadows; her grandchildren, Nick (Cara), Nathanial, Carlos, Zoey, Tony, Luke, Dakota and Justin; her great grandchildren, Aminah and Zayden; her siblings, Ronnie Goins (late Dottie Goins), JoAnne Goins, George Goins (Denise) and Rick Goins (Alexandria); and her uncle Murphy Nolan (Kaye). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives including many cousins "too many to list".
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson Laws and Jones Funeral Home (114 S 3rd St, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
